mpuls is a web framework for managing case files.

It has been developed on behalf of the PT-DLR within the project http://www.kompetenzagenturen.de (german) with a focus on case-management.

The base framework is open to be adapted to other areas of social work, e.g. education, health care or youth welfare services.
