Authentication dialog not always in foreground

Detailed description
It happens that the authentication dialog is not brought
to the foreground when InteProxy needs this information.

Suggested solution: whenever the authentication is raised,
it should be enforced that it will be in the foreground.

This problem is at least on Windows still present
with the new GUI of Version 0.2.0.
Though it seems, the problem might now be that
the dialog is automatically iconized.

IMHO, it should be forced to
have the dialog in the foreground.
