Explorer Actions do not trigger a refresh

Detailed description
For the case that a file is processed with the "registered file types" in the explorer, the action does not trigger an update. Example: A user double-clicks on a public key file in the explorer. WinPT is opened. The user imports the key. Problem: The key is not shown in the Key Manager since no refresh or update is triggered. Solution: Those actions need to mark the keyring as 'updated'
