Detailed description
Current window hotkeys works as ALT+SHIFT+<hotkey> in Preferences is CTRL+SHIFT+<hotkey>
In Windows 7 64bit current windows hotkeys get data from window to clipboard <operate> but not paste it to window (data are in clipboard)
Also in wptHotkey.cpp in line 57 hotkeys are hardcoded named (it maybe not used).

Title text in hotkey error window is moved up I don't know why second part of text is translated, I use English WinPT (no .mo files)

Regarding the error messages for hot keys: The text should not contain the key combinations. I will add a fixme comment in the code, until we decided how to fix the actual problem.
