Support WAS and session-id

Detailed description
InteProxy could optinally support WAS (Web Authentication Service)
to retriece a session-ID and then use the session-ID with
the Requests.

Needed for this feature:
* a user dialog which requests a URL for the WAS along with
username and password. (perhaps configurable defaults for the URL)
* Protocol implementation to talk to a WAS and get the session-ID
* use of session-ID when asking the data.
* Some selection dialog where user can define whether to use
direct authentication or WAS.
