* Fix clipboard problem on non-XP systems.
* Allow to fetch multiple keys in the keyserver searching dialog.
* Fix proxy support.
  If a proxy was enabled in the past but not any longer, it might
  be possible WinPT uses the proxy port instead of the keyserver
  port to connect to the destination host.
