Project Filelist for InteProxy

Enjoy the new german documentation.  New feature in 1.0.4 is URL rewriting in
capabilities responses with Content-Encoding: gzip,deflate. Fixed bug with with
single-line capabilities documents. Adjustment of the substitute directive in
inteproxy-rewrite.conf. See ChangeLog for more details.
