I just installed pgp4win and kleopatra is useless. The keyserver is hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net port 389 and kleopatra won’t connect to it. it gives no error message or anything, the dialogue box is greyed out for a moment and then it goes back to normal and does nothing.

the “pool” server names are round-robin DNS entries (as far as I know) and thus
they may give you by chance a server that is non-functional for a while.
Try a different pool or again after a while, or pick a specific server that you know will work.
