Yes, The keys trust levels were set to high and I tried to lower the trust level, and winpt locked, no error or anything, just a "freeze" up, after a couple minutes of waiting for control, I look in the System processes and see Key Manger "not responding" So I have to "Kill" the process manually.

What does reset in this case means? Did you mean you try to change the ownertrust of a given key and WinPT locked up?

Just installed 0.11.3 and in attempting to reset keys trust the key manager locks up. No error is givin. using gpg 142(3?) (What ever is current release).
