I have a vendor for my company that needs to encrypt files before sending them to us. We recently upgraded our batch scheduling software on a new server. I downloaded gpg4win v4.1.0 (gpg 2.4.0) and installed it. I created a keyring and exported the public key (ed25519) and sent it to them. They keep getting errors trying to import the key. Their site says that they are compatible with PGP v5+. I’m not sure what I can do at this point, so any advice would be appreciated.

what you could try is to use an RSA3072 bit keypair and see if their OpenPGP implementation is compatible with it.
