first check what is in your .asc file. For this, use a text editor and look at the beginning of the file.
Then you need to find out what you want the pkcs12 file for, so you know what should get in there. (See the summary of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PKCS_12 “PKCS #12 defines an archive file format for storing many cryptography objects as a single file. It is commonly used to bundle a private key with its X.509 certificate or to bundle all the members of a chain of trust.”)
Only if your asc file has the data that should be in your pkcs12 file
you can try to be able to convert it.
(Given that .asc is often used for OpenPGP public keys and pkcs12 common use
is CMS private and public keys, I guess it is unlikely that you have a match.)
