Hi Richard,

one place to start with crypto and Gpg4win is to check the manual
https://www.gpg4win.de/documentation.html
(the current version is a bit out of date, but still may give you a good idea).

When starting Kleopatra it by default gives you the possibility to import
or create a privat-public keypair. This is what you can do, if you desire to have one.

To help you better, can you describe what you want to do with Gpg4win?
