Subject: Separate SchedulerProcess and WorkerProcess
I think, it is a good idea to eventually separate SchedulerProcess and
WorkerProcess from test/support.py into modules of their own.
Then GREAT-ER itself could use the as well does not need to maintain
its own copies.
This might also mean that start_worker.py and start_scheduler.py
have to be moved?
