In order to support authentication against an intranet-proxy InteProxy needs the ability to set a proxyuser and proxypassword.
Every request should have this proxy-information sent to the intranet-proxy so that it passes through.
Perhaps we could introduce a [global] section within the configuration file e.g:

proxyuser=someuser
proxypassword=topsecretpassword
