Show the overall status of the tree packager

Detailed description
The status report should show the overall status of the treepackager. E.g. it should show

- whether the packager is currently running and what it's doing
(not obvious if it's not building currently)

- When the next SVN poll will happen

- free disk space (best determined between builds)
perhaps with an indicator whether it's getting low.
How much disk-space is needed would have to be configurable
on a per-track basis
