Wish: predictable download addresses

Detailed description
When putting something up for downloading,
it should not have another number in the path.

Best would be to have the url be predictable.

Use case: gpg4win manuals. They get created from .tex and the
version number is generated automatically. The link
to the download place also.
So it would be good to be able to predict it.

As Sascha said, the change would be too big, because of the way files are served by FusionForge.

I agree that this would be convenient -- but I'm afraid it would need a rather big change in the fusion forge architecture, as the numeric id is used to identify the file (the file name in the url is ignored, actually).

Mathias, what is your estimation on this issue?
