The default SCM help page says:
| Developer Subversion Access via SSH
| ...Substitute developername with the proper values.
| Enter your site password when prompted. ...

This is not true since only publickey is allowed.

Still true. Mathias, could you please modify the text, so that it matches our policy that ssh-keys must be used for authentication?
