openvas-libnasl doesn't build with "configure --disable-static"

Detailed description
If "--disable-static" is added to the configure flags the build fails (without --disable-static it builds just fine):

RPM build errors:

Bad exit status from /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.7167 (%build)

The missing files are in the ".libs" directory where they should be picked up just fine normally.

This bug was fixed in SVN revision 2080 (http://wald.intevation.org/plugins/scmsvn/viewcvs.php?rev=2080&root=openvas&view=rev). openvas-libnasl now builds with "configure --disable-static".
