Release Notes
This is the tenth maintenance release of the openvas-manager 6.0 module for
the Open Vulnerability Assessment System release 8 (OpenVAS-8).

This release no longer enables NVTs in the ACT_SETTINGS family automatically
unless they are required by another NVT. It also incorporates several
improvements from the development branch of OpenVAS.  Please see below for a
comprehensive list of changes.

Main changes compared to 6.0.9:
* NVTs in the ACT_SETTINGS family are no longer automatically enabled.
* The required minimum OpenVAS Libraries version has increased to 8.0.9.
* An issue which cause an internal error when deleting scan configs using the
  PostgreSQL backend has been addressed.
* An issue which cause host details to be missing under certain circumstances
  when using the pre-defined 'Discovery' scan config has been addressed.
* An authentication cache for LDAP and Radius has been added.
* An issue which caused the 'SCP' alert method to default to the XML report
  format has been addressed.
* An issue which caused schedules to be removed from tasks under certain
  circumstances has been addressed.
* An issue which caused schedules to be triggered too often under certain
  circumstances has been addressed.
* An issue which caused schedules to be triggered multiple times after a time
  shift (e.g. DST switch) has been addressed.
* An issue which caused deleting roles to fail under certain circumstances has
  been addressed.
* Updated migration routine from SQLite to PostgreSQL.
* Lowered minimum for automatic report removal from 5 to 2.
* Character handling in LaTeX and PDF report formats has been improved.
* Improved quoting for RFP "CSV Results".
* Use global SSH known hosts for alert type "SCP".
* Improved cleanup of temporary files upon errors during report generation.
* Internal code cleanups.
* Performance improvements.
