Is there a GUI for symmetric encryption with Windows?

The context menu and/or Kleopatra allow me to use GPG for public key encryption. But I don’t see options for symmetric encryption. Is there a recommended GUI for symmetric encryption?

it is planned for Gpg4win 3.
