I don't know if this is the kind of help you are looking for - but the gpg4win package includes gpa

I downloaded the gpa release 0.9. gpa-0.9.0.tar.bz2. After unzip and I can execute ./configure file in my window server. Looks like the release is for unix. How can I install gpa for window? Thanks.
