Since last update 3.1.8 on Kleopatra can encrypt only for myself
When I try to sign/encrypt I can only choose myself because the box “encrypt for other” cannot find any other, even if there are since I can use them in the box “encrypt for myself” !
Why?

And a fix is in. A patch release will come soon.
Huge apologies, this was a nasty side effect which slipped through our test plan which only checked if encrypt / sign etc. works and did not specify that recipients should be entered. This is now corrected, of course.
