No gpg-agent.conf under %APPDATA%\gnupg\ for enabling PuTTY support

Hello,

I’m trying to follow this guide to set up SSH with a Yubikey:
https://developers.yubico.com/PGP/SSH_authentication/Windows.html

I just installed the latest GPG4Win and I want to enable PuTTY support but cannot find the gpg-agent.conf file in the following directory:

Directory: C:\Users\Administrator.W10\AppData\Roaming\gnupg

Mode LastWriteTime Length Name

Where else could it be? How can I work around this?

Thanks!

The file is “optional” so it is not automatically created. Either create it directly or change a value in Kleopatra → Settings → Configure Kleopatra ->GnuPG System → Private Keys. Just any value there will create the gpg-agent.conf
