RSA and ECC can not prevent the quantum computer

Your Feature Request would be appreciated over at https://dev.gnupg.org/, since we only implement GnuPG, but don’t program it by ourselves (at least not the kryptography part). I highly recommend to add some scientific and proven sources to your request, that such quantum computers already exist and are able to crack RSA and ECC in a reasonable time (like the papers on SHA1 Collision https://security.googleblog.com/2017/02/announcing-first-sha1-collision.html).
