Due to the lack of time and the fact that I can't find a second developer, at least part time, the Windows Privacy Tray project status will be changed to "frozen" on indefinite time.

Of course I will try to fix serious problems as soon as I can, but I won't implement any new code in the next time.

The project is _NOT_ dead, its development is just deferred for some time. I cannot say exactly how long.
